The biggest festival the Capitol has ever sponsored will be staged today, August 9, 2008. Now on its second year, "Pasigarbo sa Sugbo" is a gathering of all the festivals of the towns and cities of Cebu and being part of Cebu Province's 439th founding. Street dancing starts at 1pm from Mandaue City Hall leading to Cebu International Convention Center (CICC).
Come by Cebu Parkmall and witness this year's street dancing before they culminate at CICC for a showdown at 6pm.
